A product can be returned within 3 days after the product is delivered to the customer and it should be in good condition; after this period, we will not accept the return. If the product has a warranty, we recommend that you contact the seller or send to the service center near you.

The product must be unused, boxed and without any flaws. Electronics, Watches, Phones can be tried to see if they don't have any fault and will still be considered as new. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.

The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a customer's packaging, it must include the manufacturers box and must be returned in the appropriate condition with return mark label on it. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box.

Reasons for return:

We will accept returns for the following reasons

Defective products, doesn't match product description, Wrong product, Missing parts or product, color mismatch, damaged product.

We do not accept returns for the following items:

• Products not purchased from Zawadi online shopping site (order serial numbers does not match).
• Products that exceed the expiry date (Exceed warranty period).
• Unauthorized repair, misuse, collision, negligence, abuse, into the liquid, accident, alteration, product quality problems caused by improper installation, or torn, altered labels of machine serial number or anti-counterfeiting mark.
• The warranty card does not match the product and was altered.
• Products that are used or seems to be used by the customer.
